A set of tests for cataract removal

MANDATORY CONCLUSIONS*:

• ENT + radiography of the paranasal sinuses
• Dentist
• Therapist (in the presence of a chronic disease - additional agreement from a specialist in the profile of the disease). If the patient is registered with specialist doctors, also provide their conclusions, a list of medications that the patient must take on a regular basis, indicate the prescribed antiplatelet agents and anticoagulants
  *date of consultation no more than 1 month before the expected day of surgery.

LABORATORY AND INSTRUMENTAL RESEARCH*:

• complete blood count + platelets + ESR
  *date of analysis no more than 14 days before the day of the proposed operation.
• general urine test
  *date of analysis no more than 14 days before the day of the proposed operation.
• biochemical blood test (total protein, total bilirubin, urea, creatinine, glucose, ALT, AST, CRP, potassium, total calcium, sodium, chlorine)
  *date of analysis no more than 14 days before the day of the proposed operation.
• blood glucose
  *date of analysis no more than 14 days before the day of the proposed operation.
• coagulogram / hemostasiogram (aPTT, D-dimers, INR, fibrinogen)​​​​​​​
  *date of analysis no more than 14 days before the day of the proposed operation.
• Serological test for syphilis markers (ELISA)
  *date of analysis - no more than 1 month before the expected day of surgery.
• ECG
  *date of analysis no more than 1 month before the day of the proposed operation.
• blood type and Rh factor
  *date of study no more than 3 months before the day of the proposed operation.
• Chest fluorography
  *date of examination no more than 12 months before the day of the proposed operation.
